Background
from School of Technology (SOT) which was set up under Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) in 1972, then Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment (FEBE) when TARC was upgraded to Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) on 2 May 2013, and now as Faculty of Built Environment (FOBE) upon expansion of FEBE into two (2) faculties on 1 May 2017. FOBE has approximately forty six (46) years of excellence track records and a team of qualified and experienced academic staff. The Faculty started with only Diploma in Technology (Building) and since then has expanded into a comprehensive range of Built Environment programmes at Diploma and Degree levels, particularly in areas of Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying and Real Estate Management.
