KUALA LUMPUR

The first project of PAM-eR is the Modern Architecture Archive. The archive is a continuation from the PAM-UTM Modern Architectural Heritage Inventory: mASEANa Student International Workshop 2019 held from 25 – 28 July 2019.

 

The workshop successfully recorded modern buildings in Kuala Lumpur built from 1920 – 1940 using photographs and on-site observation. The workshop participated researchers, academics and students from various universities and colleges, locally and internationally.

 

A total of 194 buildings in Kuala Lumpur were recorded within 8 zones.
